Using our in house plant and equipment means we can build your arean quickly and within budget, blending it in with the surroundings and landscaping the surrounds leaving it ready to ride for many years to come.

we recommend Combi-ride surfaces but will install any surface you require.

As a guide our 40m x 20m arenas start at around £21,000

This is installed inc all drains, surfaced with rubber crump, fenced and ready to ride

We can also provide premixed surfaces for the professionals or commercial yards such as combi-ride.

When it comes to planning your arena there are a few important points to consider

Planning
Planning permission is nearly always required by local authorities.

We provide a specialist planning service for our clients, working closely with our architec they will guide you through the planning process to completion of your project.

Providing Planners and neighbours are fully consulted there is never usually a problem obtaining consent.

The process from the time of submission will take a good 8-10 weeks to get an descision from the local authority.

Location - some points to consider

- How flat is the ground?

- Can I get large 8 wheeled lorries on to my site? Smaller trucks increase the construction price.

- Do I want to see it from my house? Can neighbours see it from theirs?

- Can I keep it close to my existing facilities for ease of access ?

- Where can i put the drainage water . A ditch or a pond , it may need to be a soak away?

-Will i need additional hard standing leading up to my new Arena to keep feet and wheels clean in winter ?

Do I require a viewing area or seating

Lighting

Applications with flood lights generally get refused or require more work convincing the planners of their merit, this is due to light pollution from them. We can provide temporary lighting for arenas either standalone towable lighting units, or raisable lighting stantions.
