Charlesworth - Rock Bottom Farm New build farm house and sheds

We were appointed by a local farming family to do all the groundworks and prepartory works for a new farm house and sheds for a farm for their son. We had to cut a new road in off the track and level off 3 areas on a steep hillside, 1 for the fam house and 2 sheds for animals and equipment.

we did all the foundations on a sudo piled system onto original ground using concrete

manhole ring filled with concrete then reinforced ring beams. brick work upto damp and all drains and septic system .

the site was at the end of a 500m single track lane with no turn around for wagons so all deliveries had to be reversed in and re handled.

We handed the fondations off to the builders to complete the build, having taken care of setout levels and site setup.
