A close to home project for a riding school near my family home that ride past our farm every day, we were commissioned by the lovely owners Maurice and Greg to transform their existing yard and stables from muddy lean to hodge podge of old stables into a modern concrete yard and car parking, fencing, drainage and landscaping.
The project took over 14 months working round the still operational riding school and over 20 horses and ponies on site. Our extensive experience with horses and equine construction enabled us to transform the site a create a beautiful and functional stable yard.
We construction a new concrete yard, 14 new stables and hardscape areas, new fencing gates, drainage and rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment plant for 25 people to allow for holiday lets and new asphalt car parking area and drive.
The job expanded into the farmhouse area including landscaping, extra fencing and new power connection, walling, lawn creation from builders waste left after the house renovation by others and cobble sets.
